The Saint Mary’s Huskies defence will be put to the test Saturday by the best rushing attack in the country.

Third-year running back Pascal Fils is coming to town with the Sherbrooke Vert et Or for a 2 p.m. Atlantic-Quebec interlock tilt at Huskies Stadium. He brings with him a Canadian Interuniversity Sport-leading 220 yards per game.

“With their run attack, it’s going to test our front seven,” said Huskies linebacker Leroy Fontaine. “I think that’s what we need as a defence. I think we need a test like this.”

The Huskies are 1-1, tied for second in the conference and ranked ninth in the country. Sherbrooke, 2-1, is not ranked nationally.
