Saskatchewan has first two confirmed cases of swine flu; three more in Alberta

REGINA – Saskatchewan has its first two cases of swine flu.

Health officials say a teenage girl in the Saskatoon Health Region and a woman in her mid-20s from the Regina area have mild symptoms of the H1N1 virus.

They say both had travelled to Mexico.

In Alberta, there are three more mild cases, bringing the province’s total to 33.

There are now 206 confirmed cases in Canada.

Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as the three territories, haven’t officially reported any cases of the flu.
