Scaffolding at building under construction catches fire

Three construction workers were treated for smoke inhalation Friday morning at a construction site fire.

Paramedics were called to a building under construction in the 400-block of Richmond Road near Golden Avenue at about 10 a.m. Friday morning.

They found a working fire at the top of the 12-storey residential building on the scaffolding.

Three workers were treated for minor smoke inhalation.
