Ottawa police have charged a second Ottawa man following a street racing incident last month.
On Aug. 13, police charged a 17-year-old driver following the investigation of a street racing incident resulting in a collision on Jeanne D’Arc Boulevard.
Police said a 24-year-old Ottawa man now faces charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm under the Criminal Code of Canada and race a motor vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Martin Gregoire appears in court Oct. 9.
