A second woman has died in hospital in relation to a fire at a highrise at 1695 Playfair Dr. Thursday.
Police said Saturday an Ottawa man charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of arson with disregard for human life after a 57-year-old woman died now faces additional charges.
The name of the second victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Ali Issaky, 23, appeared in court Friday. The investigation is ongoing.
