The senior of four Mounties who confronted Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver’s airport takes the stand today in front of a public inquiry that is examining the circumstances of the Polish immigrant’s death.

RCMP Cpl. Benjamin (Monty) Robinson is the commanding officer who told Const. Kwesi Millington to “hit (Dziekanski) again” with a Taser, only minutes before the 40-year-old’s death on the morning of Oct. 14, 2007.

Robinson’s three subordinates testified at the Braidwood Inquiry three weeks ago.
