Serious re-offenders should stay in jail

Re: "Rapist worries New West,"

Mar. 2:

Why does it matter whether Paul Callow is in New Westminster, Wally, or any other city? The point is: he shouldn’t even be out of jail.

A serial rapist who is likely to reoffend should be kept in prison under the Dangerous Offenders Law, regardless of when he was convicted.

If this law cannot be applied to protect citizens from threats like Callow, then our justice system has failed.
