It seems Toronto is in dire financial straits by either spending too much of our hard-earned tax dollars on non-essentials or isn’t generating enough revenue for pay for essential services.
- All of these celebrities have had their nudes leaked 35 Pictures

So instead of raising taxes, here are two simple solutions.
Have an annual lottery for the City of Toronto, similar to what some health organizations have been doing for years to raise necessary funds (Heart & Stroke, Red Cross, etc.)
Secondly, apply user fees for the non-essential services, especially for people who use them but don’t live in Toronto.
