Triple Berry Mojito
What’s in it:
1.5 oz Bacardi Limon
3 of each: raspberry, blackberry, blueberry
2 oz lime “sweet ‘n’ sour” (Combine equal parts of fresh squeezed lime juice and simple sugar syrup)
12 mint leaves
2 oz club soda
How to make it:
Place the mint leaves and lime sweet ‘n’ sour in a glass with the berries; muddle. Add ice, rum, soda. Stir and serve.
To make simple syrup:
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil; simmer until the sugar is dissolved (three minutes). Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
