It seems Sir Paul is deep into prepping for his only Canadian performance this year.
McCartney posted a video message to Nova Scotians on his website Monday, showing him with his boys practising the classic Wings song, Band on the Run.
“Hey, everybody in Halifax, hi there!” he says into a microphone. “We are in England here at the moment and we are rehearsing for the Halifax Common.
“We’re coming to the Common,” he adds, before breaking into song. “See you there!”
McCartney is expected to arrive in Halifax tomorrow. A sound check is tentatively scheduled for tomorrow at 1 p.m., with 50-invitation only spots open for the rehearsal.
