Missed this past weekend’s mixers? Not to worry, there are six more nights of festival party mayhem.
As the week kicks off with big-name gala favourites like Whip It by actor-turned-director Drew Barrymore; Chloe by Canadian director Atom Egoyan; and Invention of Lying starring Jennifer Garner and Rob Lowe, so too does tonight’s after-party red carpet lineups.
Swarovski Gallery Store on Bloor at Yonge gets the cocktail party started with a pre-cocktail gathering for the cast of Mother and Child. Look for boldface notables: Naomi Watts, Annette Bening, Kerry Washington and Samuel L. Jackson to rush the blue carpet. Runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Things get a little greener at the Leaves of Grass after-gala gathering at Cheval on King at Portland. Hulkster Ed Norton will be taming his inner demon for the reception. Joining him is co-star Keri Russell with singer-turned-DJ, k-os. The green carpet arrival starts at 10 p.m.
