Edmonton Transit will be temporarily closing down LRT service between the Corona and Health Sciences stations over the next two weekends.
Buses will run the routes between the two stations at 6 p.m. Friday as workers begin to test the track’s overhead power lines.
Services will be shut down today through Sunday and March 13 through March 15.
Bus service will run every five minutes on Friday evenings and during the day on Saturdays. During Sundays and late hours on the weekend, buses will run every 10 minutes.
Regular LRT service will remain in operation from Corona Station to Clareview Station.
