High-powered businessmen and starving university students alike, Calgarians always appreciate free pancakes and sausages, especially when they’re only a click away.
The Calgary Stampede’s Flapjack Finder iPhone application allows users to find the nearest breakfast, all of which are free and open to everyone.
“Western hospitality means offering someone a hot cup of coffee and some breakfast,” said Calgary Stampede marketing manager Lisa Gorchinski.
“First and foremost, the idea is to make that accessible to everybody.”
Over 100 pancake breakfasts are listed in the application, a number which is constantly growing.
