Sadie LeBlanc.

Sadie LeBlanc, actress, plays Helen on Rumours, which airs Mondays on CBC:

Q: What products do you use that make you look and feel good?

A: I will always look for products that are not tested on animals. If PETA likes it, then so do I. Some of my favourite products include Almay one-coat mascara, JASON natural hair products and anything MAC.

Q: Describe your style.

A: I dress a little like everything. I like to be comfortable cleaning the house, professional when I have meetings, and sexy when I go out on the town. I would consider myself to be trendy ... not tasteless.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: My family and friends make life easier. I can laugh about nothing for 20 minutes with my best friend. I have nieces and nephews who think I am the greatest. I’m loved no matter what — what could make life easier?

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I do enjoy working out three to four days a week. I eat healthy. I eat a ton of fruit and vegetables. I do, however, have no self control if you have a bag of chips lying around. Consider them gone.

Diego Fuentes.

Diego Fuentes, host of MuchMoreMusic’s Clip Trip; co-starred with Ben Affleck in the film Hollywoodland:

Q: What products do you use that make you look and feel good?

A: I use Dove soap and St. Ives cream with vitamin E to keep my skin moisturized.

Q: Describe your style.

A: I’m a T-shirt and jeans guy. One of the best things about being an actor is getting into all kinds of different wardrobes. My favourite was the style of the ’50s in Hollywoodland.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I listen to my mom a lot. She’s really into the teachings of his holiness the Dalai Lama. She e-mails me his teachings once in a while.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I do cardio at the gym. I also enjoy lifting weights, playing golf and walking my brother and sister’s dogs everyday.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I try to eat healthy foods to keep my energy up. My favourite place to eat is on a movie set. There’s always decadent spreads.
