Steak Fajitas

• 1/4 cup (50 ml) orange juice
• 1/4 cup (50 ml) white vinegar
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp (5 l) seasoned salt
• 1 tsp (5 l) dried oregano
• 1 tsp (5 l) ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cayenne pepper
• 1 lb (500 g) boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-in. (0.6 cm) strips
• 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 medium sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp (25 ml) canola oil, divided
• 4 to 6 flour tortillas, warmed
• Shredded cheddar cheese, picante sauce and sour cream, optional

1. In large resealable plastic bag, combine orange juice, vinegar, garlic and seasonings; add beef. Seal bag and turn to coat; set aside. In skillet, sauté onion and peppers in 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil until crisp-tender; remove and set aside.

2. Drain and discard marinade. In same skillet, cook beef in remaining oil 2-4 minutes or until desired doneness. Return vegetables to pan; heat through.

3. Spoon meat and vegetables onto tortillas. If desired, top with cheese and serve with picante sauce and sour cream.
