The Ottawa police sexual assault/child abuse section has charged a city man with sexual assault after a 39-year-old male was inappropriately touched by a personal support worker at a downtown facility recently.
The incident occurred at a respite care facility on Cambridge Street North, police said.
Police have charged Jean Adler Pierre, 48, with two counts of sexual assault.
