An Ontario man wanted in connection with a murder at a Canadian Forces base in Trenton was arrested at the rotary in Port Hastings Wednesday.
Marcus Wilson, 37, of Quinte West, Ont. was arrested near the Canso Causeway at about 6:30 a.m.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on Sunday after James Read, 36, also of Quinte West, was found in front of a Regina Street home at CFB Trenton. Read later died in hospital as a result of what were believed to be stab wounds.
Cape Breton Regional Police said they were notified by officers in Ontario that the suspect was believed to be headed east, possibly on his way to Newfoundland.
The said the suspect was spotted near the Irving Big Stop in Auld’s Cove, and after RCMP was notified, three officers from Port Hawkesbury arrested the man who was hitchhiking along the road.
