Halifax Regional Police are looking for man who they say pulled down his pants and began touching himself while watching a woman walk on a residential Halifax street.

Police say they received a call from another pedestrian at 7:18 a.m. Saturday about the incident. Police say the witness yelled at the man, who then took off running between houses on the street. Police say he was able to flee the area.

Police say the suspect was wearing a ski mask, grey hoodie and jeans while performing the indecent act. He’s described as six-feet tall and about 200 pounds.
