Police are seeking a man after a west-end convenience store was robbed Monday morning.

 

Police say that at 2:50 a.m., a lone male armed with a handgun entered the Mac’s Milk on the 1400 block of Highgate Road and demanded cash and cigarettes from the clerk.

 

The suspect fled the store on foot after being given an undisclosed amount of cigarettes. No injuries were reported.

 

Police are seeking a white male, 25-30 years of age, five-foot-eight to five-foot-ten with a medium build. He was wearing black clothes.
