Two Mayville, N.Y. teenaged parents have been charged with giving their two-year-old a bowl filled with marijuana and making the baby smoke it, according to The Buffalo News.

The young mother's father has also been charged after officials said he was in the same room and did nothing to stop the incident.

On Dec. 5, officials said the three caregivers either helped, observed or encouraged the 23-month-old baby to smoke marijuana. The baby's mother, Jessica Kelsey, 17, father George Kelsey, 18 and Jessica's father, 54-year-old Don Baker, have been charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Reports say the three are being held in lieu of $10,000 cash or a $20,000 bond. The toddler is in the care of Child Protective Services, the report said, as is another sibling.
