Midfielder Amado Guevara of Honduras, who is to undergo off-season knee surgery according to TFC general manager Mo Johnston, is slated to play Latvia at home in Tegucigalpa Saturday.
Johnston said two weeks ago that following that game Guevara will have surgery to repair a problem that nagged him for the final few weeks of the season and Honduras’ successful World Cup qualifying campaign.
Rookie defender Lesly Fellinga, who signed with TFC in August, is joining Haiti in advance of a Saturday game against Congo and a second game in Europe Nov. 18 against a yet-to-be determined team.
