Sex dolls are nothing new, and prostitution is known as the oldest profession in the world — how have we not thought of this before?
Always the sexual trailblazers, the French are helping lead the way in the silicone sex doll brothel business.
According to Metro World News, sex dolls in France are increasingly being used like “sex robots” in lieu of real-life prostitutes, and are gaining popularity outside of people’s private homes — specifically in a French brothel.
The Parisian brothel provides customers with “cyborg-workers” for 30 euros a pop. The business has several rooms where customers can purchase the services of a silicone sex doll, known as an “Xdoll.”
“Scientists state that in 30 years it will be very normal to have sex with a robot,” brothel spokesman Thijs Verheij told MWN.
But France isn’t the first nation to come up with the kinky endeavor. Austria, Germany, Spain and The Netherlands are among European countries to open sex doll brothels, according to The Sun.
But unlike those establishments, this new Parisian brothel has photos.
The brothel’s four Xdolls come in different shapes, colors, and sizes and are decked out in skimpy lingerie as they pose provocatively. Photos from inside the brothel show images of what appear to be real nude women on the walls.
There was no word on how the brothel keeps the dolls clean after each use, but here’s hoping cleanliness is a top priority.
