Loyal Fans of Annie Thompson have just a few weeks to stock up on her “wearable art” clothing designs.
After more than 25 years on the local fashion scene, the Toronto designer will be closing her Queen St. W. boutique next month to focus on her other passion – art.

“2007 was my best fiscal year but I’m getting out of the rat race,” she says. “I want to get back to the hands-on making of things — where the head is close to the hands.”
