Three women from Pink Spa on Race Street were arrested Wednesday after two of them allegedly solicited an undercover police officer for sex, according to a police news release.

Myong Ja Kim, 71, of New York, Kyung Ok Seo, 39, of NY and Shun-Jin Cui, 44, of Philadephia, were taken into custody.

The Citywide Vice Unit Squad on Thursday conducted an investigation of Pink Spa, located at 1207 Race Street, after officials received complaints of possible prostitution and illegal massage operations, according to the release.

An officer was sent as a decoy and was met by Myong Ja Kim, the report said. He was escorted into a room and asked what he wanted.

Later, the second defendant, Kyung Ok Seo, instructed the decoy to undress and took him to the washroom. Upon their return, a deal was made that sex would be performed for an agreed upon amount of money.

The third defendant, Shun-Jin Cui, entered the room, according to the release, and said she would also have sex with him for an additional fee.

Backup officers were notified and made the arrests.
