Gatineau police arrested three men and seized money, a firearm and a small quantity of drugs after executing a search warrant at an apartment here yesterday.
After an investigation, police executed a search warrant at apartment 401 of 110 Dollard-des-Ormeaux Rd. at around 4 p.m., said Gatineau Police Constable Isabelle Poirier this morning. They arrested three men, all 22-years-old.
They also seized a .40-calibre firearm with bullets, $10,000 in cash, a small quantity of marijuana and equipment for the purposes of drug trafficking.
While two of the suspects were expected to appear in court this morning, the third man was released with conditions.
The two men face charges of assault, possession of firearms, possession of drugs and drug trafficking.
