Ottawa police have charged three city men in connection with a personal robbery downtown over the weekend.
Three suspects, one armed with a knife, approached three males at Rideau and Dalhousie streets Saturday. The suspects demanded the victims empty their pockets. The suspects fled when one of the victims called 9-1-1.
Police later arrested the suspects.
Steven Cole, 27, Kevin Rowe, 30, and Joseph Wannamaker, 28, all of Ottawa, face charges for attempt robbery, conspiracy to commit and a variety of other charges.
