Taking place roughly 15 minutes after the events of the beloved Spanish zombie movie, [REC] 2 wastes no time getting to punch. The film is an unrelenting assault of terror that will cause pregnant women to deliver early and children to develop bed-wetting issues. A SWAT team heads into the infected building from the original [REC] only to learn that the zombies they’d planned to fight have mutated into demons. Shot entirely from the SWAT team’s cameras, the supernatural events feel surprisingly real and the shocks don’t let up until the disgusting finale.
