Rachel Maddowreleased two pages of President Trump's 2005 tax returns on her show on Tuesday and Donald Trump Jr. immediately took to social media to defend dad.
But the elder Trump was social media silent.
Actually, he's been fairly tame on Twitter since hitting former POTUS Obama with "wire tapp" accusations earlier this month.
Around 6 a.m. on Wednesday, The Donald was back and professional Twitter trolls rejoiced.
Trump took to Twitter to declare the tax returns that the White House acknowledged, that show that Trump indeed paid taxes, are nothing but "fake news."
The d-o-double-g went OG and started a beef that might rival the East Coast/West Coast feud of the early 90s.
Just kidding. Trump is beefin' with everyone, it seems, and the only gun being pulled has a flag that says, "bang," coming out of it.
@realDonaldTrump Remember how that Snoop guy was SO MUCH FUN when he came on the TRUMP ROAST at the peak of his career? Good times!— Christoph Rehage (@crehage) March 15, 2017
Some in the Twitterverserecalled this:
Donald Trump: "Hillary wants to essentially abolish the Second Amendment." pic.twitter.com/jEppTyaUbS— POLITICO (@politico) August 9, 2016
Obama pushed No. 7 off the $20 to make way for Harriet Tubman. Trump visited his grave.
"It was during the revolution that Jackson first confronted and defied an arrogant elite —does that sound familiar to you?" Trump said,CNN reported. "I wonder why they keep talking about Trump and Jackson, and Jackson and Trump."
@realDonaldTrump Donald, he assembled the most corrupt "Kitchen" cabinet in Presidential history and then he did the Trail of Tears.— Bess Kalb (@bessbell) March 15, 2017
In some of his worst jibberish yet, Trump proudly compared his election to that of Andrew Jackson - a president who owned over 150 slaves. pic.twitter.com/79o5iwhfEz— Mike P Williams (@Mike_P_Williams) March 15, 2017
@realDonaldTrump You should maybe google him before doing something this fucking stupid.— BenDavid Grabinski (@bdgrabinski) March 15, 2017
Trump capped off his day with a rally.
In Nashville, Tennessee! Lets MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! pic.twitter.com/m5UR4vv6UH— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 16, 2017
Donald still brings up Hillary in rallies. He still has rallies.— Tony Posnanski (@tonyposnanski) March 16, 2017
This is a sad man.
