Try these Latin Fever cocktails on Feb. 14

<p>Want to heat up Valentine’s Day with some tasty cocktails? Then these might fit the bill for you and your loved one. These are featured cocktails for the LCBO’s Latin Fever, on from now until Feb. 24.</p>




Want to heat up Valentine’s Day with some tasty cocktails? Then these might fit the bill for you and your loved one. These are featured cocktails for the LCBO’s Latin Fever, on from now until Feb. 24.





Latin Lover




  • 1-1/2 oz. Kahlúa



  • 1/2 oz. lime cordial



  • Soda



To a tall glass, add Kahlúa, lime cordial and top with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.





Tangerine Caipirinha




  • 1/2 fresh lime, chopped



  • 1/2 fresh tangerine, chopped



  • 2-3 tsp. sugar



  • 1-1/2 oz. Pitú Cachaca



To a rocks glass, add lime, tangerine, and sugar (to taste). Mash thoroughly. Fill the glass with ice and add Pitú Cachaca. Stir to mix and garnish with lime and lemon twists.





Lychee Margarita




  • 1 oz. Sauza Silver Tequila



  • 1 oz. Cointreau



  • 1 oz. lime juice



  • 1 oz. lychee juice



In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Sauza Silver Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and lychee juice. Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with an edible flower.



Calista Cocktail




  • 1-1/2 oz. NLUV



  • 2 oz. lemonade



  • 1 oz. cranberry juice



Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add NLUV, lemonade and cranberry juice. Shake, strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with frozen cranberries.
