One man is dead and another in critical condition after a collision this morning in the city’s southeast.
EMS spokesperson Adam Loria said emergency crews arrived on scene at 84 St and 17th Ave SE just before 10 a.m. after reports of a two car collision.
Loria said one man trapped inside his vehicle was pronounced dead on scene and the other man was transported to hospital in critical condition after the fire department said he was cut out of his minivan.
Both men are reportedly mid-aged. Police are investigating.
According to the fire department, 84 St between 16 and 17 Ave SE has been shut down as the collision is investigated.
