OTTAWA – City police charged two 18-year-old men for theft after an investigation into vehicle break-ins early this morning.
Police attended a call at Pheasant Run and Otten in Barrhaven at approximately 2:25 a.m. today, where people had noticed suspicious youths in the area.
Police allege that two youths, both 18, broke into two parked vehicles and stole property. Both have been charged for theft and were released pending a court appearance.
