Investigators said Rebecca Ann Sedwick of Lakeland, Fla., became despondent after being bullied for months by a group of girls who posted online messages telling her "You should die," and "Why don't you go kill yourself?"
On Sept. 9, Sedwick climbed a tower at an abandoned cement plant and jumped to her death.
