CORTINA D’AMPEZZO, Italy – A two-man World Cup bobsled race was postponed Saturday due to heavy snowfall and poor visibility.
The jury stopped the race after eight sleds had gone down the track.
After checking the weather forecast for the remainder of the day, the jury determined that the conditions would not improve and canceled the race.
A decision has not been made about when the race will be rescheduled.
A four-man race is scheduled for Sunday.
