A roadie for Nicki Minaj was fatally stabbed in a Philly bar -- and a second is in critical -- after a wild brawl erupted early Wednesday, cops said.

The dead man, De’Von Pickett, 29, and fellow Minaj crew member Eric Parker, 27, were with pals at the Che Bar & Grill on Stenton Avenue in Philadelphia's East Mount Airy neighborhood when things got out of hand.

A fight with another group in the bar -- cops say over a woman -- spilled into the street around 2:30 a.m..

One man pulled a knife and plunged it several times into Pickett’s torso, and into Parker. The two were rushed by friends to a nearby hospital, where Pickett died at 2:45 a.m. Parker is in critical but expected to survive.

Cops say the suspect drove off in a gray Buick LeSabre. An investigation is underway.

The victims were in Philadelphia readying for the star’s upcoming tour with Meek Mill, her boyfriend and Parker’s fellow Philly native.

Minaj tweeted: “Two members of my team were stabbed last night in Philly. One was killed. They had only been there for two days rehearsing for the tour.”

On Instagram, she wrote, "Another senseless act of violence that took the life of a great guy. So sad."
