Q: What products that you use make you look and feel good?
A: I like Elixir guitar strings. I enjoy Tropicana orange juice.

A: I like clothes that are easy to wear and comfy. Every once in a-while I like to dress in nice formal wear.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I keep it simple and I don’t get too stressed out about anything.
Q: What things make life easier?
A: Trips to the country are always good to clear your mind and gain perspective.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I play hockey and I like to Rollerblade and jump signs.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: Balance is key. Fruits and vegetables are always a good thing.

Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: I like Aveda products for the hair. For skin I love the Darphin line and Gernetic’s Cell Life and Synchro Creme especially in winter when skin is dry.

A: I tend to buy classic pieces that I can wear and resurrect for years. But occasionally I succumb to trendy pieces that usually end up more in the closet than on me.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I dream big, work with intention and try not to be too attached to the results.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I used to work out like crazy but those days are long gone. I still lead a very busy and active life, so I can stay in shape by just walking a lot and generally running around.
