U.S. law enforcement officials yesterday shut down 82 websites selling counterfeit and pirated goods in a move timed with the start of the holiday shopping season.

U.S. law enforcement officials yesterday shut down 82 websites selling counterfeit and pirated goods in a move timed with the start of the holiday shopping season. “Anyone attempting to access one of these websites will no longer be able to make a purchase,” Attorney General Eric Holder said.
