Vandals target defence lawyers

The lawyers representing the men accused of blowing up the Royal Bank branch of Bank Street earlier this year have become a target of vandalism.

On Thursday, police arrested a city man after the 470 Somerset St. W. offices of Greenspon, Brown and Associates had been comprehensively covered in cryptic black spray paint messages early Tuesday morning.

Lawrence Greenspon, who is representing Roger Clement, had stated that he believes the vandalism was done because he is defending one of the men accused in the firebombing.

Malcolm Miller, 53, appeared in court on Thursday charged with mischief under $5,000 and breach of probation.
