A man broke into a city apartment, forced the female resident to undress, and then pushed her outside while he robbed her home on the weekend.
The victim, described by police as a woman in her 30s, ran to a neighbour’s house for help as the suspect remained inside the residence near Caldwell Avenue. The suspect fled with some of the woman’s belongings before police arrived.
The home invasion happened on Friday night around midnight, although police only reported it yesterday.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 6-foot-tall with a medium to heavy build. He spoke accented English.
