A video that was posted on YouTube Sunday captures a woman's 8-minute verbal tirade against two Dunkin' Donuts employees who allegedly forgot to give her a receipt.
It's the fast food chain's policy to offer customers a free order if employees don't produce a receipt. The woman, who shot the video, appears to take that policy extremely seriously. The woman can be heard saying, "This is all being under video surveillance," and directing a barrage of expletives at the employees, including a racial slur at the 7:14 mark.
She also claims to have called her lawyer over the forgotten receipt. "When it says you don't get a receipt, you get your order free, it f--ing means it right? Or is it a lie?" she asks.
She also demands the man working the register, who was not the employee who forgot her receipt, pull up video surveillance to witness the alleged oversight.
Since the video was posted, public opinion seems to be swayed in favor of the Dunkin' Donuts employees, who accommodate the woman's request for free beverages and breakfast sandwiches. One YouTube commenter wrote, "If I were the girl who was working at Dunkin Donuts, I would file for harassment on this disrespectful b---. The funny thing is that the only proof that would be needed would the video that this dumb b--- made."
