Police say Jacob has a violent sexual criminal history and was released after an eight-year sentence into the Vancouver area on Jan. 14, 2009, on statutory release. Jacob served his sentence for break and enter and sexual assault with a weapon.
On March 30, Jacob was sentenced to a two-year recognizance order. But on April 7, he failed to report as required.
Vancouver police say Jacob has a long history of both violent

most recent sentence was for break and enter and the sexual assault of
a woman not known to him.
Jacob is an Aboriginal male, about 5’ 5” tall and weighs about 170 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Jacob has a tattoo on his right ankle with the initials “CJ.”
