President Donald Trump addresses the joint sessions of Congress tonight for the fiFlickr

President Donald Trump will make his first address to the joint sessions of Congress at 9:10 p.m. today.

He is expected to discusshealth care, border security and the military as he goes over the accomplishments of his first 40 days in office and sets the message for his presidency.
