EU AGREE REFUGEE QUOTA

European countries have agreed to relocate 40,000 refugees already in Greece and Italy, after pulling an all-nighter to work out howto tackle the continent’s refugee crisis, says the BBC. Countries will also share resettling another20,000 asylum seekersfleeing poverty and war, many from Iraq and Syria.
