Stella Artois is holding its annual quest to find Canada's 'Draught Master' in Toronto tonight.

The Canadian championships, taking place at Andrew Richard Designs, will pit 16 Stella Artois Draught Master finalists from across the country in head-to-head competitions for a chance to be crowned Canada's Draught Master.

The Canadian champion will go on to compete in Stella Artois' Global Draught Master Competition in New York City on Oct. 29.

Mastering the perfect pour takes practice, so for the past six weeks Stella Artois has been holding qualifying round events and regional-level competitions to determine the best pint pourers in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Halifax.

Nearly 9,000 beer lovers have learned the Stella Artois nine-step pouring ritual and participated in the quest for the perfect pour.

Tonight's competition starts at 9 p.m. at Andrew Richard Designs, 571 Adelaide St. East (at Parliament). The event also includes a Calvin Klein underwear fashion show at 11:40 p.m.

The winner will be crowned at 11:30 p.m.
