It was a meeting of the mascots yesterday as Papa and Mama Ice Hog and their twins, Nouma and Noumi, along with Bonhomme Carnaval made an appearance in downtown Ottawa.
The reunion, said NCC CEO Marie Lemay, “reflects the spirit of collaboration that has existed for several years between two major Canadian winter celebrations.”
The NCC will unveil the program for Winterlude, held from Feb. 4 to 21, in the next few weeks.
