A woman fought off a man who attacked her in a park Friday moring.
Police say the 36-year-old woman was walking in a park near Kirkness Road at about 10
a.m. when she was approached from behind by an unknown man.

He pushed her to the ground and put his hand under her shirt.
The woman managed to fight off her attacker who was last seen running towards Kirkness Road.
The suspect is described as a white man, in his mid-20s, about 5’1” tall, with spiky blonde hair, a scar above his left
eye and tattoos on the knuckles of both hands.
He was last seen wearing
black track pants and a black hooded sweatshirt.
