Vancouver police are looking for the public’s help after a painting was snatched from the rest home of a 105-year-old woman.

The painting, described as a Manet-style Emil Zola portrait, was stolen July 14 when a woman walked into the home with flowers and a large flat box to carry the painting.

She is described as 30 to 35 years old, heavyset with shoulder-length, dirty-blond hair.
