Most people these days seem to care more about moving up the corporate ladder or their wealth than their personal health. This is a shame, as without your health you won’t be able to do anything. Leading a balanced life is the key and if you get on the right track you will be amazed at the results in all avenues of your life.

Business and sport are not that different and travelling all around the world working with different individuals in tough situations has taught me the value of teamwork and how to cheer for others as they excel so they, in turn, can cheer for you.

Leading companies are constantly looking for ways to be proactive in creating a positive environment from which to work, live and play: Through motivational seminars, team-building exercises and one-on-one coaching, you can achieve your personal and corporate goals.

Outdoor activities for your employees are the perfect way to help turn your office into a fine-tuned machine that works together toward common goals.

Weekend getaways will force those workaholics to take time away from their jobs and come back rejuvenated. Starting can be the hardest part but once you initiate change in your life you will be so excited at the results that you won’t be able to stop!
