Toronto Home Builders’ Award-winning Castle Communities are celebrating the end of the year with some great savings.

For new condo buyers it may rank as the opportunity of the year. From December 27 to December 30 Castle Communities is staging its first ever Boxing Day Sale! The event could mean savings of up to $15,000.

For those four days, the company’s trio of superb lifestyle projects — Bellair Gardens at the Don Valley Parkway and York Mills Road, Tuscany Gates in the heart of Mississauga and The Palm on Yonge Street near Finch — will offer a four day savings extravaganza.

Buyers get their chance to save 2 per cent off the purchase price plus save paying the new City of Toronto land transfer tax. At Bellair Gardens and Tuscany Gates you will receive a full year of monthly maintenance fees for free.

“It is our way of celebrating the season and saying thank you to the communities we serve,” says Mona Bhamani, Castle Communities president. “Look on it as a belated holiday present,” she adds. “Those savings could run anywhere from $6,000 to $15,000 depending on the size of the suite.”

There is an added plus. With a trio of projects to choose from, Castle Communities projects offer a choice of both location and lifestyle.

Bellair Gardens suites are design marvels. Remember this is the project that won a trio of Toronto Home Builders’ Awards when it was launched. It won Best Building Design, Best Suite Design over 750 square feet and Best Suite Design over 1,500 square feet. This elegant 14-storey, 167-suite building sits at 18 Valleywoods Road just south of York Mills Road and east of the Don Valley Parkway.

Suites start at under $300,000 and since the project is already registered, suites are ready for occupancy.

Tuscany Gates is modeled after the striking stone towers, which punctuate the skyline of Florence, Sienna and Pisa. Its tower leaps skyward from a 1.5-acre site nestled in a quiet residential setting at 230 Forum Drive just east of Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue West in Mississauga.

The slim 20-storey tower rises from a three-storey podium. Top floors are graced by two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den sky suites and penthouses, luxuriously spacious homes up to 1,748 sq.-ft. in size. Residents can look in any direction and have spectacular, unimpeded views. Suites start as low as $229,990.
