Yogurt-marinated Chicken

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) fat-free yogourt
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp (25 ml) lemon juice
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) canola oil
• 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
• 1 tsp (5 ml) chili powder
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced fresh ginger
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin
• 6 bone-in chicken breast halves

Method:
1. In large resealable plastic bag, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, oil, sugar and seasonings; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 1 to 8 hours or overnight.

2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting grill. Prepare grill for indirect heat. Drain and discard marinade.

3. Grill chicken, covered, bone side down over indirect medium heat 2 minutes. Turn; grill 25-35 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
