Three youths have been charged following a house fire in Tuxedo Park Thursday.
Charges were laid after investigators determined the fire was intentionally set.
Just after 2:30 p.m., firefighters responded to 208-30th Avenue for reports of a structural fire. Fire crews were quick to control the blaze and determine that the house was abandoned.
Although damage due to the blaze is estimated at about $15,000, the house had sustained prior
significant structural damage due to years of neglect, the city says.
